Around the bay – 30K

So, a pruned down complement of runners will be running the Around the bay – 30K run. How many remain on the starting line is still not final? It seems that it is going to be Dhanya for sure, and maybe I.

  2. I have been fighting a viral infection. So my directions from the doctor are that “in case of fever, do not run”.

    My base plan is to go to Toronto. Check temperature on Sunday morning. If all is well, you see me on the start line. Otherwise, I will have to come by and cheer you on at 15.5K mark.

    I am hopeful that I will be able to run.
